- Develop a realistic policy to maintain inter-city connections, resolve
transportation services and safeguard the historic path system of
the project area was developed - Develop a methodology to improve the quality of traffic flows,
parking facilities, and circulation to improve accessibility in historic
Cairo - Conduct travel surveys, identify current traffic patterns and
problems, formulate traffic management schemes, and assess of
these schemes which included pedestrianization, organization of
goods delivery and movements, and route redesign and alignment.
