• Planning and design of highway connecting between Dekhila Port
and Cairo/Alexandria Desert Highway including a major interchange
at the intersection of the new highway and Mehwar El-Tameer,
• Survey works, soil investigation, identification of land acquisition
requirements, geometric design, and pavement structural design,
• Over 70% of the survey work and soil investigations were
performed under water,
• Preparation of bill of quantities and tender documents.
